Training aims

This training provides managers and HR professionals with all the theoretical and practical knowledge useful for managing teams and human resources in general.

At the end of the training, students will be able to:

● To identify the 3 levels of analysis of HRM (theoretical and technical, practical, and behavioral)

● To master the legal and legal constraints governing HR

● To manage the company's staff collectively and individually (recruitment process, establishment of an employment contract, integration policy for new employees, etc.)

● To manage the economic and social aspect of the company (remuneration, employee evaluation, working environment, motivation, etc.)

1. Educational platform and pdf courses in English

This distance learning course is available on our educational platform. PDF courses require a certain amount of study, specified by the teacher in the training program. Personal work includes readings, exercises and projects on the themes covered in the course.

2. Training volume

200 hours of training in total.

3. Internship in a company

This training in Human Resources Management can be supplemented by an internship in a company, which can last a maximum of 6 months.
